Studio

Studio CNO shares a creative drive rooted in human-centered design. Specialising in residential interior design, and contemporary architecture.

Based in Auckland. Partners Reese Casas, Marcus Nieves and Scarlette Oliver graduated together in 2025. We have a shared experience in Interior design, Project Management and hands-on making.

The studio offers a service that centers around cost-effectiveness without sacrificing artistic architecture. Our multi-disciplinary team will guide you from the initial consultation, conceptualising, consent approval to installation.

Design Process

Concept

Our approach begins with people first. From the initial conversation, we focus on building strong relationships and understanding the practical needs of each project before moving into design outcomes. Through site visits, documentation, 3D renders, and budget planning, we create foundations that are both considered and achievable.

Documentation

Projects involving structural changes often require building consents and detailed documentation. We work closely with clients throughout this process, taking a hands-on approach to ensure approvals are prepared and submitted as early as possible to support efficient project timelines.

Sourcing

Material sourcing is approached with care, balancing quality, durability, and cost-effectiveness through supplier comparisons and tenders. While we maintain a trusted network of contractors and suppliers, we prioritise assembling the right team and materials best suited to each individual project.

Hands-On Site Construction

Grounded in craftsmanship, our practice remains actively involved throughout construction. We value the labour and precision required to transform ideas into built form, maintaining a presence on site to ensure the integrity, quality, and intention of every detail.
